33Sixty Glasgow is a leadership programme that equips aspiring Commonwealth leaders with the skills and the networks to make a difference, now.
What: As a participant on the 4 day course you will tackle a challenge of fundamental importance to the Commonwealth and the wider world: 'What can our generation of the Commonwealth do now to make our cities more inclusive and safe by 2030?' You will work in groups to gather information, develop solutions, and present them to a panel including the Minister for Public Health and Sport.
We have 10 Young Scot Rewards places available on the programme.
When: 22nd to 25th August 2017
The first five places will receive paid for accommodation in Glasgow.
Please note: You must be aged 18 or over to apply. Young Scot will be able to reimburse any costs up to £25.
The programme is delivered by Common Purpose and will run between 22 and 25 August 2017, as part of the continued Legacy of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. The programme is supported by Legacy 2014 and the Commonwealth Secretariat, and hosted by the University of Strathclyde.
