But for most people walking is the easiest way to meet physical activity recommendations and is considered to be the nearest activity to perfect exercise given how easy it is to fit into everyday life!
To get you started on your walking journey Ramblers Scotland have created Medal Routes. These are routes that have been created using local knowledge for local people on local paths.
